Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING + PROCESSING TIME

We currently only ship to the continental US. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, orders may take 6-8 days to arrive not including processing time.  Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is shipped. 

We prefer USPS (estimated 2–5 business days) for our USA customers, but use FedEx Ground in some instances. Due to COVID-19, shipping times are delayed. You can check the status of shipping at any time with the tracking number provided.

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. Gifts By Birdie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.

RETURNS

We want you to love your candles and know that buying fragrances online can be hard. If you do not love your purchase, you may return or exchange them at our home studio in Kansas City, MO. Please email hello@birdiehansen.com to initiate a swap. 

DAMAGED GOODS 

If your product arrives damaged or broken, our carriers & shippers require photo documentation for reimbursement & quality control. Snap a photo with your phone and e-mail the image to hello@birdiehansen.com with your name, order number, and a brief message. We will ship a replacement or issue a refund within 1-3 business days.
